Washington DC area parking operator ordered this 4’x 7’ PAR-KUT brand booth for their surface lot – we included 12” roof overhang and an 15” high fascia which allowed them to install their corporate signage. Inside the booth it has two sliding doors, custom stainless steel countertops and storage cubbys, heat, light and electrical outlets.
This 4’ x 7’ Bullet Resistant PAR-KUT security shelter was built for a U.S. Government installation on the East Coast.
Featuring armored steel walls and protective ballistic glass, the rugged booth design had it’s appearance softened with radius corners and was painted a textured gray with satin finish. Features of the insulated welded steel booth include roof top air conditioning, electrical outlets, phone/data jacks, a 36” sliding door and a built in counter-top. The 6000# booth has lifting rings in the roof.
Three of these 5’10” x 8’ welded steel parking booths were built for the parking lots surrounding the professional football team’s stadium in Detroit, MI.
Each ADA compliant booth includes: a 3” x 12” surrounding roof canopy, L shaped stainless-steel countertops, sliding steel doors and a sliding customer service window, and HVAC w/ remote controlled thermostat. These booths also include quad outlets above and below the counters, data/phone jack preps, and a 48” LED light. These booths are code compliant for the state of Michigan and the decals seen were installed by the customer on-site.
Four of these 5’8” x 7’6” buildings were specified and purchased for a parking garage in Cincinnati, OH.
Each ADA Compliant parking booth includes: 22”deep countertop w/storage drawer, a 36”wide steel hinged door w/closer, data/phone jack, HVAC unit w/digital programable thermostat, sliding window, gray tinted/insulated glass & 3” canopy overhang. These booths also include the state of Ohio “Gold Label” insignia certifying compliance with all applicable building codes.
Two of these 6’x 8’ entrance security booths were made for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company in Richmond, VA.

This 3’4” x 8’ parking attendant shelter was built for one of the Rockefeller Center parking garages in NYC.

Legoland in New York State specified this 13’ x 29’2” custom built security building.
This building was shipped out in three separate bolt together modules. It included three UL Level 5 BR swing doors, 6 quad outlets, 4 heaters, 2 HVAC units, 6 data/phone preps, restroom package, and gray tinted insulated bullet resistant glass. The center canopy section is to cover a turnstile.
A large smelting facility in Arizona requested three of these 8’ x 8’ in plant buildings to be used as on location test labs.

The Indiana National Guard requested this high security 12’6” x 30’ building to serve as a gatehouse.

This 10’ x 16’ building is located at a GM assembly plant in Flint, MI.
This security booth includes: Artic blue tinted/insulated glass, 4 sliding windows, 2 sliding steel doors, built in restroom, HVAC, two heaters, paint with two tone paint schemes with custom GM blue canopy. Exterior lights and transformer were also provided by Par-Kut.
Motor City Electric in Detroit, MI specified this custom 12’8” x 16’ building.

Three of these 4’ x 8’ round end CURVUE Series ticket kiosks are located at Rockefeller Center in New York City.

Boston University requested this 14’4” x 49’2” pedestrian gatehouse. Due to the size, the building was manufactured as two modules, each 24’7” long.

This 8’ x 24’ turnstile canopy was built for Pathway Technologies in Charlotte, NC.
The welded steel shelter includes: 3” roof overhang, six vertical support posts with predrilled anchor plates, and paint in a single color of choice. Though the shelter has lifting rings in the rooftop, the installer was able to use a large forklift to offload and place it.

This large security building is actually two factory assembled modules that were joined in the field. Built for Franklin Technical Park in Franklin, IN.
Tippman Construction and Par-Kut collaborated to join the 2nd building to the 1st. The great thing is that it was done three years apart! Both building modules were 12’ x 34’, but the 2nd building has a 4’6” x 6’0” vestibule that joins the two.

This custom designed 8’ x 16’ Security Booth was built for the Nano-ADM Facility in Alachua, FL. This booth features: architectural reveal panels on exterior, a 35” overhang on the front and back and a 12” overhang on the sides, 2 Sliding steel doors, SolarBan LowE#2 insulated safety glass, an ADA Restroom and a factory installed HVAC unit. This 8’ x 10’ in plant office was custom built for Campbell’s Soup Company. This custom built, portable steel building includes clear ¼” polycarbonate safety glazing, HVAC, a sliding door and built in stainless steel countertop with a stainless steel sink. Prewired with outlets and lights, this rugged welded steel office can be relocated easily with a fork lift or crane.
Two of these two tone 5’ x 8’ entrance fee collection buildings are located on Lighthouse Road in New Haven, CT. The colors, windows, angled ends, and custom built roof canopy were built to blend with the New Haven beach lighthouse theme. This building also includes a Red / Green LED Traffic Light with interior Control to alert visitors which lanes are open for entry to the park.

This booth includes: Tinted/insulated safety glass, two sliding windows, three exterior doors, heat/ac units, four LED lights, photocell, stainless steel counter-top, data/phone jacks and a restroom with fixtures and grab bars. The lift rings in the roof enabled simple offloading from the truck and placement over utility stub ups.

This 7’ x 12’ bullet resistant security booth was custom manufactured for the U.S. military. The building features armored wall construction, tinted laminated bullet resistant glass, a textured polyurethane paint finish, a top hung sliding steel door with super duty track and trollies, roof top mounting of air conditioner compressor and a privacy restroom. All other electrical devices within the booth were prewired at the factory. Restroom fixtures provided; plumbing & piping done on site by others.

This 8’ x 12’ smoking shelter was built for a hospital in Detroit, MI.
The shelter includes: 36” wide swinging aluminum door, two – 32W light fixtures, 240v heater, an exhaust fan w/5 min push button control, and all fasteners and instructions to assemble.
This is one of our panelized aluminum shelters that is erected on site by our customer or their contractor.
Two 4’ x 6’ glass to glass corner ParVue Series booths were built for Parkway Corporation in Philadelphia, PA.
Features in these surface lot parking booths: Sliding steel door, RV type roof top a/c units, separate wall heater, rooftop lifting rings, 22”deep counter, gray tinted safety glazing, 3” canopy overhang with 12” fascia and special silver metallic paint.
This custom booth was also built for a Parkway parking lot in a separate Philadelphia, PA location.
This 5’6” x 9’6” booth includes: three swinging steel doors, HVAC, data/phone jacks, cabinets and shelving units, multiple duplex/quad outlets, gray tinted safety glazing, 30” canopy overhang on one side, and silver metallic paint. Storage closet built in.
This custom built 12’ x 24’ was constructed for Torcon, Inc. The main design element was the gull wing shaped roof.
In addition the building also has Solarban Low E #2 insulated safety glazing, two side sliding windows, two swinging doors, ac/heat units, rooftop condensing unit, drop ceiling, photocell for exterior lights, 18” canopy on long sides and a 5’9” capped canopy overhang on the 12’ sides.
This 6’ x 9’9” border crossing inspection booth was built for the International Bridge in Sault St. Marie, Michigan.
Included in this booth: UL Level 3 Bullet Resistant glass, a sliding door on traffic lane, a hinged egress door at rear, one double action sliding window, Rooftop air conditioner, outside air damper, thermostat-controlled heater, motorized adjustable height stainless steel counter, rubber floor mat, red/green traffic light, and task lighting inside.
Three of these highly portable 6’ x 6’ trailer mounted security booths were sent to Calgary, Alberta.
Trailers feature dual axles and a 2” ball hitch. Included in each insulated welded steel booth: 18” deep countertop w/storage drawer, sliding steel door, light fixture w/switch, 240v heater, 120v rooftop a/c, manual start emergency power generator, diamond plate steel trailer bed, reflectors, clearance lamps and clear tempered safety glazing.
This 6’ x 6’ railroad yard control booth was one of two built for a rail car repair facility. The Par-Kut booths were bolted to flat bed rail cars to be moved as needed.

This custom 5’ x 12’ ticket booth was built for a dinner cruise ship on the Philadelphia waterfront.
Included in this Presidential Style booth: 3 speak thru’s, hinged door w/mortise lock, a thru wall HVAC unit, 3 deal trays, stainless steel work counter, sheet vinyl flooring, standing seam hip style roof, crown molding and decorative raised ribs on lower walls.
This custom built, two module 12’ x 48’ scale building was built for a Chrysler assembly plant.
Included: Two stainless steel countertops, swing door, interior and exterior lighting, HVAC, restroom, fixed and side sliding windows, mylar shades, tinted/insulated glass, 18” canopy overhang standing seam roof, architectural siding and a bump out window.
This custom 4’ x 4’2” security booth was built for the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
Included in this building: Tinted UL Level 8 Bullet resistant glass, ballistic walls, bullet resistant door with closer & panic exit device, a/c unit, heater, two floodlights, two tone paint, peaked roof and decorative tube steel exterior wall treatment.
Six of these double round, stainless steel 4’ x 8’ CURVUE Series booths were built for Chicago’s Midway Airport.
Included in each booth: Swing stainless steel door w/hydraulic closer, a roof top RV style a/c, heavy duty heater, floodlights, roller style cashier window hammered rubber tile floor, duplex outlets, and a built in work counter.
Two of these 8’ x 12’9” security gate buildings were also built for Chicago’s Midway Airport. To help shelter the officers, the booth has an overhang canopy over the door.
Included in these buildings: Insulated Low E safety glass, large commercial type roof top HVAC unit, insulation in roof and walls, lifting rings, Photocell, controlled lights for energy efficiency, and a restroom w/toilet, sink, paper towel dispenser and mirror.
Grand Valley State University requested two of these 3’ x 3’6” pay on foot shelters for their campus.
The pay station shelters were customized for the Laker campus with a peaked standing seam roof, clear tempered safety glazing, 6” canopy overhang, removable lifting ring, a threaded spindle w/a 4” decorative finial ball, and a blank rear wall panel for signage.
This custom 4’ x 5’6” valet booth was built for the Mall at Partridge Creek.

This 9’ x 12” bullet resistant security building was built for an entry gate at a U.S. National Guard Base. This security booth has an extended roof overhang and exterior lights.

This 12’8” x 17’ one of a kind security entrance building was built for a Georgia Pacific corporate location in Illinois.
Included in this booth: 2 sliding doors, 1 swinging door w/hydraulic closer, roof top air conditioning, wall mount fan forced heaters, ADA compliant restroom, LowE insulated glass and a 12” canopy overhang. This booth also features sculpted exterior raised wall panels for a special architectural look.
This 5’ x 10’ parking booth was built for The Boston Convention center in Massachusetts.
The welded steel booth included: Sliding steel door, HVAC unit, duplex floodlights, 2 sliding transaction windows, tinted insulated glass, 6” canopy overhang, 7’6” floor to ceiling height, and insulated walls and roof.
This custom built 7’ x 7’ security shelter was delivered to a military installation in the western U.S.

National Grid utility company on Long Island, NY requested this 6’ x 8’ security booth.
The booth has a sliding door and tinted glass. Included in the interior of this booth: 18” galv steel counter w/ storage drawer, duplex outlet, data/phone jack, 40w LED light fixture w/ wall switch, & an HVAC unit w/hand held remote thermostat.
Five of these custom 6’ x 10’ Bus Shelters were built for a prestigious Michigan Hospital and were used in shuttle lots.
Included in each of these nice looking shelters: ¼” clear tempered glass on three sides, 3/16” thick polycarbonate glazing in the curved roof, solar powered light system, and silver metallic paint.
The City of Hamilton, Bermuda requested several of these 3’ x 6’ pay station shelters. This shelter design includes: LED light fixture w/photocell, clear tempered safety glazing in anodized aluminum window frames, extended roof overhang over the open side, lifting lugs in roof and anchor plates.
This 13’ x 38’ Building was built for the Detroit Public Water Department. The custom entrance security office included: gray tinted LowE insulated glass, restroom, HVAC, lighting and battery backup light, hip style standing seam metal roof, overhang gutters and drains, factory adhered panel brick, and an acoustical tile ceiling.
These two 5’6” x 7’6” booths were built for The Parking Spot’s location in Austin, TX. Included in these off Airport parking booths are: Swinging steel doors w/hydraulic closers, a/c unit w/ 7 day programmable thermostat, data/phone jack, LowE insulated safety glass and side sliding cashier windows. Par-Kut’s customer added the distinctive vinyl wrap at the top.

A Florida Beach Resort requested this Cayan Blue 4’6” x 7’ state program approved building. This parking attendant booth includes five Solar Ban Z75 LowE #2 storm glass windows, sliding steel door, Zoneline HVAC unit, Dual phone/data Jack, insulation, treadplate floor and lift rings in the floor. Booth will withstand hurricane force winds and is energy and building code compliant. State of Florida Insignia included.
Located in Minnesota, this three sided 3’4” x 5’ equipment shelter was specified for a state department of transportation facility. The purpose is to provide cover for the fuel dispenser control unit and shelter for those people who are fueling their vehicles

This custom made 6’ x 8’ butt glazed PARVUE Series security building was built for a computer company in Vernon Hills, IL. Booth features extra roof overhangs for weather protection.

This 4’ x 6’ glass to glass corner PARVUE Series booth includes: two tone paint (gray mist building, red canopy), (four)100 watt HPS mini wall pack light fixtures, tinted insulated LowE safety glass and vinyl composite tile flooring. The 2000# booth has forged steel eyebolts in the roof for offloading and placement over top of utility stub-ups.

This is one of four site assembled, aluminum & glass shelters that were supplied to the Wayne County Airport Authority. These 5′ x 10′ Shelters include: 1/4″ clear tempered safety glass, flat metal roof, dark bronze anodized aluminum framing, one door opening and a 8.5″ air gap at bottom of the walls. All fasteners and leveling shoes included in package. Model 105DG.
This pay machine shelter was built for the City of Hamilton on the island of Bermuda. This shelter includes: Clear ¼” tempered safety glass (on three sides), 7’ floor to finished ceiling height w/a 3” canopy overhang with 6” high fascia, LED recessed light fixture and 4 pre-drilled anchor plates. Shelter paint color as specified by the customer.
Five of these factory assembled buildings were built for Kent State University. This one is 4’ x 9’. These parking cashier booths included: roller style windows, gray tinted/insulated glass, 208v heater and 120v GE a/c unit, countertop with shelves, custom roof overhangs, hinged doors and state of Ohio “Gold Labels” to certify compliance with building codes.

Built for The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles, CA, this 6×10 parking attendant booth includes: a 24” roof overhang over the ticket window, a combination A/C-Heat unit, 2 interior and 2 exterior stainless steel shelves,2 half-moon cut-outs in window for transactions and lift rings in the roof. Building was designed per customer layout, built and shipped within 5-6 weeks.
Par-Kut provided 6 Bullet resistant border crossing inspection booths for the Blue Water Bridge at Port Huron, MI. These booths include a stainless steel shelf with electric adjustable height lift column. Walls, door and windows all bullet resistant. Lighting: 2 fluorecent light/2lamp w/dimmer and motion activated sensor, exterior Sconce spotlight, emergency duress light, countertop LED task light , and a UV light mounted to the adjustable heightcounter. Rooftop HVAC unit has fresh air intake. Traffic side of booth includes our “double action” inspection door with a sliding top half.
