When a major conference center in the Carolinas needed a new entrance gatehouse, Par-Kut was able to assist with design, cost estimating and fabricating a custom unit. We were able to manufacture a booth to fit into their pre-existing entrance, making it seem to be a designed in, or original feature. In addition to the owner’s choice of color on the booth, this insulated, welded galvanized steel building features a stone veneer on the base (prepped at factory and installed on site), custom siding at the restroom and a factory installed HVAC system. Additionally, it features an interior restroom, and custom steel counter-tops. Restrooms are typically provided with cold water fixtures that are site installed using exposed plumbing. An option allows for factory installed plumbing for an extra cost, if allowed by code. Tinted insulated glass is included in the booth windows for additional climate control and assists with glare reduction. Guard and visitor interactions take place through a sliding window, or, the guards step out to greet the visitor through one of the two sliding doors.
