GENERAL: Portable trailer booth shall be Model 65TLR as manufactured by Par-Kut International, Inc., Harrison Township, Michigan (www.parkut.com). Units shall be furnished complete and ready to use and shall include the following. Tires may be removed from axle for shipping purposes. Export units shall be furnished with booth separate from trailer for shipping purposes.
QUALITY: Shall be the product of a manufacturer with a minimum of 10 years experience in the design and fabrication of portable steel buildings. Aluminum or fiberglass construction not acceptable.
STRUCTURE: 5’ x 6’ booth to be all welded galvanized steel construction with 14 gauge steel panels and tubing on the exterior and 18 gauge interior panels and trim. Booth is shipped completely assembled. Welded joints ground smooth.
TRAILER: Trailer has a welded steel frame with a 6’ x 8’ bed, and has a treadplate platform, swing down step, hand rails, tongue jack, corner jacks for leveling, running lights, 2″ ball hitch, and safety chains. Tire size is B:78/13. Trailer shall bear valid DOT vehicle identification number.
BASE AND FLOOR: Base shall be 4″ galvanized steel. Floor shall be 12 gauge galvanized steel, 4-way diamond plate. (Specify optional trailer tie-down lugs if site conditions require them.)
PAINT: All exposed metal surfaces except roof top, anodized aluminum window frames and any stainless steel components (if used) shall be painted one color using Axalta® Imron™ high gloss industrial polyurethane. Owner will select a single color from Par-Kut standard colors.
LIGHTING: One LED fixture over counter with On/Off switch attached.
ELECTRICAL: Unit complete with all wiring required for light, duplex outlet, 120 volt/1500 watt heater, and minimum 100 amp rated 12 circuit breaker panel. Wiring #12 (min.) copper enclosed in EMT , including green ground wire. Wiring meets or exceeds minimum provisions of National Electric Code. All fittings, wiring devices and fixtures UL listed. Model 65TLR includes 10’ power connection cord, with male cap for energizing unit. Provide 120 volt single phase service.
DOOR: Door shall be top-suspended heavy duty sliding steel, fully weather-stripped. Include Adams Rite® #1850 hook bolt type lock, view window and roller assembly hardware. Trolleys shall be ball bearing, adjustable pendant type.
WINDOWS: Welded steel frames, all fixed, non operable type. Painted steel construction with removable interior glazing stops. Provide sliding windows as shown on drawings for ventilation and/or transaction purposes. Include insect screens in ventilation windows.
GLAZING: Shall be clear tempered safety glass, 1/8″ minimum thickness.
COUNTER: 14 gauge painted steel, welded in place includes 16″ wide steel storage drawer. Locate 18″ deep work counter across 5’ wall.
INSULATION: Walls shall be insulated with 2″ fiberglass board. Roof structure fully insulated.
CANOPY/ROOF: Shall be 14 gauge galvanized steel. Extension beyond side walls shall be 3″. Lifting ring centered on roof, allows for lifting by crane.
DESIGN LOADS: Par-Kut booths meet, or exceed, the following design loads: Live loads; floor 50 PSF, roof 50 PSF, wind 100MPH (min.). Maximum towing speed is 25MPH and is not intended for highway use.
