Racetrack V.I.P. customers are in excellent position for viewing with this 4' elevated observation shelter. Measuring in at 8' x 16' with a 6" overhang, it provides adequate space for a private party or a small group of customers. Customization of this unit includes a perforated metal hip roof, steel raised rib wall design, crown molding, base trim, dutch door, 16" painted galvanized steel counter on the viewing side, grip strut steps/platform, and smooth steel floor grating. These customers opted to leave the glazing out of this unit. Par-Kut will add whatever features are needed in this unit to meet your project demands, including glazing, electrical and HVAC systems.
