This customer desired a dual purpose outdoor shelter (break/smoking) that was not only functional, but followed the company color scheme. This is an 8' x 8' modular aluminum system with a 6" overhang and 6" fascia. All of the roofing and framing members were painted with the matching blue and kick panels were covered in the matching gray. Additional privacy was achieved by tinting all the safety tempered glazing with a darker than normal gray. The white translucent roof offers light during the clear days and when it's cloudy or dark outside the optional electrical package assists. Electrical package consists of a photo-cell controlled light, duplex, and push-button timer controlled heater. These STS-20 panelized modular systems are designed to be site assembled in a short period of time by any capable maintenance crew.
