Some of these modifications are: reduce the amount of glass while maintaining 360 degree visibility, all glazing is 1" insulated glass for extra sound buffering, insulated walls have been increased to 3", floor is completely insulated. Add the roof mounted air conditioner, baseboard heater, UL classified electrical system, and now you have the perfect portable office that can be moved with a fork-lift or by the lifting rings mounted in the roof.
