Free standing and completely self contained executive office. Full panel vision glazing definitely makes the office feel larger and allows unobstructed viewing. Steel door half glazed, weather-stripped (reduces noise), lock and hardware. Modular electric includes: through wall combo heat/air conditioner, fluorescent lights with wall switch, duplexes and all wiring to a wall mounted circuit breaker panel. Insulation installed between drop ceiling and dust cover increases not only the energy efficiency of the unit, but reduces exterior sounds from penetrating into the office. Upgraded load bearing wall panel design allows for storage above the unit.
