When one of the leading pharmaceutical corporations in the world wanted a custom guard building, they turned to Par-Kut International. The architect wanted to blend the guard building in with the nearby structures and incorporated butt to butt corner tinted insulated glass, a stucco exterior (EIFS) and extra detailing built into the canopy fascia.
The result, as you can see here, is a building that looks designed in, not added on. This 6′ x 12′ PARVUE Series building also includes a roof top air conditioner that is mainly concealed from view by the custom roof fascia. The interior includes built in counter space, electric receptacles, fan forced heat, recessed lighting, UL classified factory installed electric system and a rugged tread plate floor. The building has a sliding door and a sliding transaction window for passing paperwork and ID.
